Marble Square Brownies

3/4 Cup water
1/2 Cup butter
3 T. cocoa powder
2 Cups flour
2 1/3 Cups sugar
3 eggs
1/2 Cup sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Cup chocolate chips
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese



Preheat oven to 375°. In saucepan, heat water, butter, and cocoa powder until melted and combined. In large mixing bowl mix together, flour, 2 cups sugar, 2 eggs, and sour cream. Blend well, stir in cocoa, butter, and water mixture. Blend in baking soda and salt. Spray a large jelly roll pan with Pam, or evenly coat with butter and flour. Pour chocolate batter into jelly roll pan. In clean bowl, blend softened cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, and one egg. Drop by large spoonfuls randomly over chocolate batter. Swirl a marble pattern into the batter. Sprinkle chocolate chips over brownies. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until brownies start to pull away from edge of pan.
