Chicken and Spinach Skillet

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups water
1 t. chicken base
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 T olive oil
3 T lemon juice
2 t. oregano
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 t. salt
1 6-8 oz. bag frozen spinach
2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup salad bacon (cooked and crumbled bacon)

Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Saute chicken breasts with oil in large oven safe pan. When brown, pour in 1 1/2 cup water and 1 t. chicken base.
When chicken juices run clear, and most of water has simmered off, add lemon juice, garlic, oregano, pepper, and salt. Follow with a whole bag of spinach. Cover and allow to simmer until spinach is heated thoroughly. Sprinkle with feta cheese and bacon.
Put into oven for about 10 minutes until heated and cheese begins to brown.
